The Global-Ready Mentoring Programme (GRMP) is a structured 6-month, one-to-one mentorship initiative that connects university students with professionals across diverse industries, bridging academic learning with real-world experience.

Delivered in partnership with SMC’s university chapters, including SMU-SMC and NUS-SMC, the programme provides personalised mentorship through regular sessions and mentor engagement. SMC is progressively expanding GRMP across universities in Singapore and internationally, extending access to mentorship and strengthening its intergenerational talent ecosystem.

Through sustained engagement, GRMP supports students in building confidence, enhancing career readiness, and forming meaningful, long-term professional relationships.
