The Singapore Mentorship Committee (SMC) is a global platform dedicated to developing Global-Ready talent. Established from Singapore in 2020, SMC brings together three generations-leaders, families, and youth-to foster mentorship, cross-generational dialogue, and long-term capability development.

From Mentee to Changemaker
A short documentary by the Singapore Mentorship Committee (SMC) explores the transformative power of mentorship and intergenerational responsibility. Through the personal journeys of three SMC youth from diverse backgrounds, the film reveals how access to guidance, encouragement, and opportunity can unlock confidence, purpose, and leadership.
Their journeys demonstrate how mentorship can inspire a cycle of learning, giving back, and community leadership that extends far beyond a single mentor-mentee relationship.The film also reflects SMC’s belief that mentorship is not merely a programme but the foundation of an intergenerational talent ecosystem.
